This is my first flathead for "2006". I caught this one on April 1, 2006. It looks like it might be a good year, Our lakes are rising some after being so very low for about two years. I am fishing a new spot and hope to catch some good ones soon..

This is my second flathead for 2006 caught April 7. They are just starting to bite, its kinda hit and miss right now but still looking for good things to come!

This is my third flathead for 2006, caught April 14. Hope to get out of this one fish per trip stuff real soon but this is a new spot and may take some figuring out!

This is my friend John Pittman with his first Flathead for 2006. John caught this 25 pounder on April 15, 2006. The fish are getting bigger but we are still stuck on that one fish per trip stuff..All of the fish seen here were caught on Bream.

John caught this 30 pounder pictured on the left on April 21, 2006. We beat the one fish per trip deal tonight, we caught four, this was the biggest.. John's catch on the right was 18 pounds.

This is mine for tonight on the left, weight was 18 pounds, he bled a little because he was hooked in the gill but was released and will be just fine! The pic on the right is another view of John's 30 pounder. John is on a roll right now..

My Son Ronnie caught this 21 pounder tonight, this was the only catch, the water level is dropping and it doesn,t look good until we get some rain...

We are fishing a different spot tonight where the water is deeper. John caught a small one and I managed these two, one was 9 1/2 punds, the other was 11 1/2 pounds..This spot looks promising for the monsters, I hope to drag out some bigguns soon!

New spot is coming around! I caught this 26 1/2 pound female last night, really hard fighter. we had more takers but only got this one in. I'm on vacation this week so we gonna have fun :>)
